Dalam rangka pembinaan terhadap seluruh guru dan karyawan, MTsN 1 Kudus kedatangan Direktur Pend. Madrasah Kemenang Pusat, Prof. Dr. H. Nor Kholis, M.A, dan Kabid Pend. Kanwil Madrasah Prov. Jateng, Drs. H. Jamun, M.Pd, Kamis, 18 Agustus 2016.

Sebelum pembinaan, Kamad MTsN 1 Kudus menginformasikan tentang MTsN 1 Kudus secara lengkap. Kamad MTsN 1 Kudus selain menjelaskan adanya peningkatan pendaftar setiap tahunnya. Kamad juga menginformasikan tentang program kelas unggulan dan reguler.

Dalam pembinaan yang berlangsung di Ruang Multimedia MTsN 1 Kudus itu, Prof. Dr. H. Nor Kholis berpesan agar seluruh guru serius dalam rangka mendidik generasi penerus, demi masa depan bangsa. Beliau juga berpesan agar seluruh guru terus melangsungkan hal yang baik dari masa lalu dan mengembangkan yang lebih baik di zaman sekarang.

Pembinaan yang hanya berlangsung selama kurang lebih satu jam itu diakhiri dengan do’a dari Kabid Pend. Madrasah Kanwil Jateng, Drs. H. Jamun, M.Pd. Selanjutnya para guru mengadakan foto bersama.
